I have spent most of my life exploring unknown and remote places, living among ethnic groups that are now fading away, trying to understand their ways of being.

I have often traveled alone, always looking for the next frontier, the next adventure. Pushing the boundaries of what I tough was feasible. No back up, no set route no guarantee you'll make it to the end.

My relationship with nature has made me feel alive more than anything else on this planet and above all reasons I am committed to protect it because I truly believe that our existence would be unbearable without wild places to get lost in.
